As much as all of us enjoy an annual trip to an Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles location, the state is slowly introducing speedy kiosks at different retail outlets around the Buckeye State.
The latest is at the Discount Drug Mart at 15412 Detroit Ave. in Lakewood.
